    Cranberry Porkchops

    List of Ingredients

    4 pork chops
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/4 cup cranberry juice or orange juice
    1 can FF cream of mushroom soup
    1 tablespoon cranberries
    1 tablespoon chopped sage
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    4 cups cooked rice

    Recipe

    Heat oil in skillet, add pork chops and cook until browned. Add juices, soup, cranberries, sage and pepper. heat to a boil. cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, or until done
    serv with rice. great with brwon rice

    4 servings
