1 bottle (14-oz) ketchup
1 can (10 3/4-oz) reduced-fat tomato soup
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 teapoon gound mustard
1 can (8-oz) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrainedRecipe
Place chicken in a 13x9x2 baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 375 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
