8 oz dried spaghetti, broken into thirds
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese (3 oz)
6 oz chicken breast, cooked cut into strips
2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 350*. Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain and set aside. In large skillet, sauté onion over medium-high heat until tender. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in soup, milk, and shredded cheese. Cook stirring frequently until cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes. Mix in spaghetti and parsley flakes. Place mixture into sprayed casserole dish, lay chicken on tip, and sprinkle on grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350* for 20- 30 minutes until heated through and mixture starts to bubble. Serve hot.
