Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/4 pound chicken, boneless, skinless, cut into 1" pieces
1 bag (1 lb)frozen broccoli,red peppers,onions and mushrooms
1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
2 cups hot cooked rice
Recipe
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Add vegetables; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp; drain. Add stir-fry sauce. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot. Serve over rice.
