    1 1/2 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast(s)
    1 package bread stuffing dry mix
    1 2/3 cup hot water
    10 1/2 oz Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix the stuffing mix (I like Stovetop Garlic and Herb) and the hot water together and set aside. Mix the undiluted Cream of Mushroom Soup Concentrate and sour Cream together and set aside. Spray a casserole dish with PAM. Cut up the chicken breasts into about 1 inch pieces and layer in the bottom of a prepared casserole dish large enough to hold them in a single layer. Top them with the soup and sour cream mixture. Fluff up the stuffing with a fork and layer over the top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy
