    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts split in half
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 fl. oz. buttermilk
    3/4 cup cornflakes crumbs

    Recipe



    PreHeat oven to 375degrees F. Lightly coat an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside. Combine flour, salt, pepper together in medium sized bowl.
    Roll chicken breast halves in flour mixture and evenly coat each side. Dip the chicken in the buttermilk, then the cornflake crumbs.

    Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared dish. Bake 45 minutes or until not pink inside or juices run clear
