1lb chicken breast strips for stir fry
1 envelope Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
1 can Black beans, rinsed, drained
1 can Green giant Mexicorn, undrained
1/4 cup waterRecipe
Heat 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken in skillet 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Stir in seasoing mix, beans, corn and water. Cook over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve with tortillas, diced lettuce and tomatoes, low fat cheese and FF sour cream.
