    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground chicken breast, skinless
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    15 oz. sloppy Joe sauce
    1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 cup lowfat baking mix
    1/2 cup fat

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400.
    2. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cook spray.
    3. Set aside.
    4. In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink.
    5. Stir in sloppy Joe sauce and cheese.
    6. Place mixture into prepared dish.
    7. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, and egg.
    8. Mix well.
    9. Pour mixture over chicken mixture in dish.
    10. Bake 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
