    2 tablespoons salsa
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped
    1 garlic clove
    2 tablespoons chopped onion
    1 can (16-oz) fat-free refried beans
    1/2 teaspoon gorund cumin
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
    1 cup (4-oz) Low-fat shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    12 fat-free flout tortillas
    fat-free sour cream and additional salsa, optional

    Place the frist eight ingredients and 1/2 cup chesse in a food processor; blend until smooth. Spread evenly over tortillas, Roll up and place seam side down in a 13x9 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

    Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand until cheese melts.
    Serve with low-fat sour cream ans salsa id desired

    12 servings
    4 points per serving, (4 points for each roll-up)
