    List of Ingredients




    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 flat anchovy filets, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
    Freshly ground pepper
    2 tablespoons water

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Toss dressing with romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese and seasoned croutons.
    Makes 6 servings
