2 cup spinach
1 small yellow pepper(s), diced
1/2 cup peeled sliced cucumber
1/4 cup tomato(es)
3 oz cooked tuna, cut into thin strips
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 oz high-fiber roll(s)
2 Tbsp dried cranberries Recipe
Combine vegetables, tuna and cranberries in a bowl. Toss with vinegar and oil and season to taste. Complement with roll.
