1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup apricot nectar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup canola oil
In a blender, combine the first nine ingredients; cover and process until blended. While processing, add oil in a study stream. Process until thickened. Store in the refrigerator.
One serving(2 Tbls) = 87 calories, 5 g fat,trace fiber
