List of Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 medium sweet red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. sugar
1 t. sesame seed
5 c. torn fresh spinach Recipe
In shallow bowl, place sliced onions in first, top with mandarin orange segments. Mix red wine vinegar and sugar together; pour over the onions and oranges. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Cover; refrigerate until serving time to blend flavors. Just before serving, place spinach in medium bowl. Add orange mixture; toss to combine.
