3/4 cup chopped strawberries
1/3 cup chopped blueberries
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped carrot
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper*
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger Recipe
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes. Wash hands after handling.
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or fish.
