    2 hard rolls (2 ounces each), split into halves
    4 tomato slices
    14 turkey pepperoni slices
    2 ounces fat-free oven-roasted turkey breast
    1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella or reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 cup packaged coleslaw mix or shredded lettuce
    1/4 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
    2 tablespoons prepared fat-free Italian salad dressing

    Top each of two bottom halves of rolls with 2 tomato slices, 7 pepperoni slices, half of turkey, 2 tablespoons cheese, 1/2 cup coleslaw mix and half of bell pepper slices, if desired. Drizzle with salad dressing. Top with roll tops. Cut into halves, if desired.
