1 pint fresh strawberries, washed, capped and chopped
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Recipe
Combine fruit in a medium bowl. Mix brown sugar and lemon juice. Add to fruit, and toss well. Refrigerate.
