Excellent dip with fat-free cheese or as a topping for chicken, turkey, fish, and lean beef.
List of Ingredients
1 cup sundried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serves 4 (serving size: 1/4 cup)
