    Tangy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

    A perfect sauce for chicken, turkey and fish.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups chopped roasted red peppers (from water-packed jar, or freshly roasted without oil)
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
    1 tsp Dijon mustard

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Serves 4 (serving size: 3 tablespoons)
