Cocoa-Cinnamon Cereal Snacks

List of Ingredients
3 c. toasted rice, corn or wheat cereal squares
3/4 c. (about 5 ounces) chopped dried plums
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar (optional)Recipe
In large bowl, combine cereal and dried plums; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine marshmallows, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat over low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture is blended, stirring constantly; immediately pour over cereal and dried plums, stirring to coat. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into paper muffin cups or onto wax-paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
