    List of Ingredients

    4 Quarts (16 Cups) popped Popcorn (2/3) cups unpopped=4qta
    1 1/2 Quarts (6 Cups) Rice Chex
    2 Cups Corn Pops Cereal
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    4 teaspoons Sugar Twin Brown Sugar Replacement
    1 Cup Liquid Butter Buds*
    1/2 Cup White Corn Syrup
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
    4 Cups (about 6 oz.) Small Pretzels


    Recipe

    To make liquid Butter Buds - Mix 1 oz. (5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon) of Dry Butter Buds with 1 Cup Hot Water.

    Combine popcorn, pretzels and cereals together in a large pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Combine sugar, Butter Buds, syrup and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn mixture and mix together quickly, before the syrup hardens. Mix until everything is lightly coated. Spread on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Cool completely. When cool and hardened, break apart and store in an airtight container.
