    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    4 teaspoons Chili Powder
    1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
    1 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
    1 teaspoon Basil Leaves
    1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper Blend
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (15 oz) white northern or pinto beans, drained and rinsed

    Recipe



    Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and green bell pepper, cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

    Stir in spices and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
