List of Ingredients
8 cups water
4 chicken bullion cubes
2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 cups diced onion
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1/2 small cabbage, shredded
1 jalapeno, chopped and seeded
1 pound light Velveeta, cubed Recipe
Put all (except cheese) in large pot. Bring to boil, then simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in cheese until melted.
