4 turkey bacon strips
3/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (16-oz) fat-free refried beans
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 can (14 1/2-oz) chicken broth
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Recipe



In medium saucepan coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook bacon until crips; remove tp paper towel to drain. Crumble and set aside. In the same saucepan, saute onion and celery; sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beans, picante and bacon; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 5-10 minutes
