    yeilds 1.5 cups
    points 1 (3 tablespoons)

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    2 Tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
    2-1/2 cups low-fat chicken broth
    2 Tablespoons cornstarch
    Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Saute onions and parsley in 1/4 cup broth until onions are translucent. In separate mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, pepper, and 1 cup broth and stir until smooth. Add to pan with the remaining broth, stirring continuously. Boil for 2 minutes and serve.
