    List of Ingredients




    2-1/2 cups low fat, low sodium chicken broth
    2 medium onions, diced
    6 cups diced, reduced calorie, whole-grain bread (lightly toasted)
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    2 celery, stalks, chopped
    1 carrot, finely chopped
    3 Tbs. Chopped sage
    3 Tbs. Chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbs. Paprika

    Recipe



    Preheat an oven to 350 degrees

    In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1/2 cup chicken broth and heat. Add the onion, celery and carrots to the skillet and sauté until soft and translucent (approx. 5-8 minutes)

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked onions, celery and carrots, remaining broth, bread, egg, cranberries, sage, parsley and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray - and bake until crispy and brown, approx 50 minutes.
