    Researchers at the Human Nutrition Research Center says, We have been mislead for years into thinking that eating at night makes you gain weight. They point out that our bodies don't stop or have a built in clock that shuts off at a certain time.

    There's no magic behind it, it's another way to control calorie intake. The reason why we hear this, It cuts out the mindless eating, nibbling, snacking while watching TV. Which makes some people go over their calorie intake for the day.

    Another reason eating late at night the food (before bedtime) the food may not digest properly, the food particles left over from improper digestion may cause morning gas and stomch cramps.
    Also some people have a cut off time because the have "GERD" acid reflux, heartburn.
