    ""some people think a bag is one serving no matter how big the bag is""
    Frist, look at the servings per bag. Some will say 1 or 2 or 2.5, some will say so many cups per serving. The best way is measure the cups after it is popped, not all of it pops.

    Here's how to figure the points on some brands

    Jolly Time,
    How many servings per bag?
    How many cups in the serving?
    Take the total cup popped, Times calories per cup popped.
    Use the center column on the nutrition label, fat and fiber, (that is per cup) Take those number times total cups.
    Now you have the total calories, fat and fiber,

    Orville Redenbacher's
    How many servings per bag?
    How many cups per serving? should say Yields so many per bag
    Total cups popped, Times calories per cup popped.
    Look for the (*) on the nutrition label. (about 3/4 the way down.) It will say what the fat and fiber is for 1 cup popped. Fiber will say (less than 1 gram), use .5 per cup, if it was zero fiber it would say 0 fiber
    Now you can figure the calories, fat and fiber for points.

    Most brands will figure for 94% Fat-Free popcorn, 4 points for the regular size bag and 1.7 points for the mini size bags. Their are some that are lower.
