    It's not all about the numbers on the scales.

    There will be weeks you do the program to the T and not have a loss, some weeks you might even show a gain. That's just how the body is, and there are some reason why,
    To much sodium, exercise, Pre-menstrual water weight, etc,etc. This will also explain the fluctuation on the scales.

    As long as you know you are doing the program right, (staying OP) That's all you can ask for.

    Remember,,,, the scales is only one of the tools we use to measure our journey. It's the overall trend we should be looking at not just the numbers on the scales.
