Sure alot of people have tweaked the program, (for alot of reason, personal to fit their lifestyle, to try and push the envelope to the limit and see if they can get away with it, etc,etc) Some have tweaked it so much it's not even WW anymore.
And they're alot of people that have tweaked the program and get frustrated about not losing weight. And don't understand why.
So if you get frustrated make sure you are doing the program as written.
I'm not saying not to tweak it, but if you do, It might be nice to get back to basics.
And get the weight loss going again.
FYI: Review the program imformation every now and then. You'll be surprised on what all you have missed each time to review it.
