    Ever wonder why you think people are trying to sabotage your weight loss journey? They're really not trying to. They were probably doing this before your journey and you like most peole just ate it and went on. Being on a weight loss journey, your more cautious of what your eating now. And what people are saying now. Here's some tips that really work.

    People that try to sabotage your weight loss.
    Be honest and tell them the truth. If you can't, Tell a white lie and say you are worried about your cholesterol level and your doctor has told you to avoid high fat foods.
    "even the most presistent saboteur will except this"

    People keep offering you food even after you have said NO, and they still push.
    The more you say NO. The more people will push food at you.
    Just say thanks, it looks great, I'll have some later.
    "it really works"

    People bring food to your desk,
    Tell them, Would you mind putting it in the other room, I'll have it later, I have so much work to do right now.

    People saying you're to skinny, you need to start eating,
    Tell them you're eating fine, and never felt better.

    People say, is that all you're going to eat?
    Tell them yes, or tell them a white lie and say your having a big dinner tonight or you had a big lunch.
