Soups/Stews 1 to 1 1/2 cup servings
Breads by the ounce, less other wise noted
Casseroles 6 to 8 servings
Cakes 8" round 10 servings or by the ounce
Cakes 10" round 12 servings or by the ounce
Cakes, 1/4 sheet 20 servings or by the ounce
Meats by the ounce, 3-oz a servings
Pies 9" 1/8 servings
Pies 8" 1/6 servings
Cobblers 1 cup servings
Vegetable Recipes 1/2 cup servings
Basic points for servings
Add all the ingredients, calories, fat and fiber, then dived by the number of servings, then figure your points
