    ***WW Repeaters??

    Source of Recipe

    *
Very often someone new will come along and say, "I have been on WW XXX times, but this is the last time because it is different for me this time." They are most assured of their permanent success.

"How do you know?" I don't ask that as a way to be discouraging, but rather to point out that this isn't an easy process, you have to have constant vigilance, and most people don't make it. It is more to raise the question, "what are you *really* going to do different this time?"

There have been literally hundreds of people on these boards, but what percentage of those stick it out? A notable minority I would expect.

So let me ask it to all of you. What the heck are you doing to make sure you have permanent success this time? What are you doing to be "results not typical?"

Again, I'm not saying this to get anybody discouraged. I want everybody to reach their goal. I'm just saying this to make you think.

Side Note: I know some people had good reasons why they put the weight back on. Medical reasons, pregnancy, etc.
But for the ones that fail off the wagon.
