So we're not losing weight when we think we should be. Maybe we're thinking about quiting or thinking the program is not for you. Before you do anything, here's a list of the most common mistakes.We could go in to more detail, but most of the time, there is something in your journal you're not seeing.Journaling? yes, we should be journaling, write everything down, then you can go back and look at your progress, or review it when the weight loss has stalled.
List of Ingredients
1) Review your journal, check and see if you're doing anything diferent
2) Are you figuring your points right?
3) Are you measuring your portions? (don't eyeball it)
4) Are you getting in all your water?
5) Are you getting in your 8 healthy guidelines?
6) Are you atleast eating your target points?
7) Are you exercising?
8) Are you eating your AP points?
9) Are you figuring your AP points right? (alot of people figure them to high)
10) Are you changing your exercising routine?
11) Are you eating your WPA points?
12) Are you eating the same amount of points each day? (that could be bad)
13) Are you on any Meds?
14) Stress?
15) Are you the type of person that eats a ton of the so called 0 point foods? (you might want to look into that)
16) The main thing (be honest with yourself) are you really doing the program the way it's setup?
