    Although it’s disappointing when you don’t lose weight steadily, this is a crucial time for you. It’s at this point that many people give up, fail to reach their goal and pile the weight back on. In contrast, most people who get through this difficult patch go on to reach their goal.

    There’s never been a more important time for you to stay motivated so look back on your success to date.

    Here's some tips that might help you get off that plateau.

    1) keep a diary, write every point down
    2) double check your food protion
    3) change your exercise routine
    4) mix you points up
    5) eat more of your felx point (if your not)
    6) eat you AP (if your not)
    7) change you eating times
    8) are you drinking your water?
    9) watch your sodium
    10) count your 0 points foods. (Some don't count 0 points foods) but they do have calories and there is a meassuring protion for all vegetables.

    the only 0 point there is, is water.



    also you might try the wendys program, This is not backed by Weight Watchers but you use the points.
