1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon fat-free (skim) milk
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
1-1/4 cups hot cooked broccoli florets Recipe
Combine all ingredients except broccoli in top of double boiler. Cook over simmering water 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve over hot cooked broccoli.
