    3 points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 2/3 cups hot water
    3 ounces potato flakes
    1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1/4 cup fat-free ranch salad dressing
    1/3 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons bacon bits

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and dry milk powder. Mix well using a fork. Add Ranch dressing, Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Mix gently just to combine. Serve at once.

    Makes 4 servings
