    Serving size = 1 tablespoon

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup reduced-calorie peppercorn ranch salad dressing
    2 green onions, thinly sliced (2 tbsp)
    2 tbsp finely chopped red or green sweet pepper
    1 tbsp finely snipped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp dried dillweed
    Carrot strips, bias-sliced cucumber, and/or broccoli flowerets

    In a blender container or food processor bowl combine cottage cheese and salad dressing. Cover; blend or process till smooth. Transfer to bowl; stir in green onion, pepper, and dill. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Serve with carrot, cucumber, and/or broccoli.
