"This is a very good recipe and is quick and easy. It can be made the night before and baked the next day."

List of Ingredients
**1 28 oz bag of frozen Ore-Ida O'Brien hash brown potatoes
1 10oz can of reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 cup of fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese
**2 tbsp reduced fat margarine
3 tbsp bread crumbs Recipe
Combine first 4 ingredients. Melt margarine and add to mixture.
Spread mixture in casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Sprinkle casserole with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for about one hour.
**I use the O'Brien potatoes when I am pressed for time. You can use plain hash browns and add 1/2 cup each chopped onion and bell pepper.
**I used Shedd Spread Country Crock Lite.
