    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg StoveTop Stuffing Mix For Chicken
    1 2/3 cups Water
    4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Halves
    1 10 oz can Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/3 cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
    1/2 cup chopped Onion (optional)
    1/2 cup chopped Celery (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix contents of seasoning packet, stuffing mix and water.

    Set aside.

    You can saute the onions and celery in Pam or steam in microwave for 5 minutes, if using.

    Add onions and celery to mixture, if using.

    Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish or 2 quart casserole dish.

    Mix soup and sour cream together and then pour over the chicken.

    Spoon stuffing evenily over the top.

    Bake for 35 minutes.

    Serves 4.
