Maudie's Crockpot Cornbread Dressing

List of Ingredients



• 4 1/2 cups cornbread crumbled
  
• 1 pkg herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm 16 oz)
  
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz each)
  
• 1 quart chicken stock
  
• 1 medium onion, chopped
  
• 1/2-1 cup celery, chopped
  
• 4 large eggs
  
• 2T rubbed sage
  
• 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  
• 1/2 tsp pepper (to taste)
  
• 1/2 stick butter, cut up
  






Instructions



1. Stir together cornbread, stuffing mix, and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
   
2. Pour cornbread mixture into a lightly greased slow cooker. Dot with butter. Cook, covered, on LOW for 4 hours or until cooked through and set.
