    Confectioners Sugar Glaze

    • 2 cu ps confectioners sugar glaze
    • 2 T+1tsp water
    • 1/2 tsp clear vanilla extract
    • Food Coloring, (optional)


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the sugar, water, and vanilla; stir until combined and smooth (mixture will be thick)
    2. Tint with food coloring if desired.
    3. With a butter knife or small metal spatula, lightly spread glaze on cooled cookies. Let dry for 1 hour.


    Final Comments


    Chocolate Confectioners Glaze: Prepare as above and stir in 4 tsp baking cocoa until smooth.
