    3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
    3/4 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
    2 tablespoons vanilla extract


    Recipe



    In medium bowl, with mixer on medium, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
    Slowly beat in vanilla. Cover and chill until needed. Let warm to room
    temperature at least 30 minutes before serving.
