    List of Ingredients


    • 2T olive oil
    • 1 medium clove garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 small head bok choy, cut into 2" pieces (or cabbage)
    • 1 envelope Onion soup mix
    • 1 cup water
    • 2T sherry (optional)
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp ground ginger, optional
    • 8 oz cooked spaghetti


    Instructions


    1. Cook the bok choy and garlic in the olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the soup mix blended with water, sherry, soy sauce, and ginger. Reduce heat to low and slowly simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss with the hot spaghetti and if desired sprinkle with sesame seeds.
