    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pork tenderloins, trimmed
    • Rub:
    • 1T. paprika
    • 1T. chili powder
    • 1T. dried oregano
    • 1 tsp kosher salt
    • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    • Basting Sauce:
    • 3/4 c orange juice
    • 2T lime juice
    • 1T garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp kosher salt
    • 1 habanero or serrano chile, seeded and minced
    • 2T honey
    • 1T olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Preheat broiler to high with rack in the center of the oven.
    2. Rub Tenderloins with rub and massage into the meat. Place on a wire rack over a cookie sheet.
    3. Combine juices, garlic, salt, and chile for the basting sauce. Broil pork 3 minutes, baste with sauce, and broil 5 more minutes
    4. Flip meat over; baste, and broil an additional 12-15 minutes, basting twice during that time. When pork reaches 145 in the thickest part, remove from oven and tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes. Slice into 2" thick steaks.
