Hot Bacon Slaw

- 2 bacon slices
- 1 (16 oz) pkg ready to eat coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2T brown sugar
- 3T water
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- dash ground red pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until crisp; remove bacon from pan, reserving drippings.
- Add coleslaw to drippings; saute over med high heat 3 minutes. Add vinegar and remaining 4 ingredients; cook 1minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat; crumble bacon, and stir into coleslaw. Serve Warm.
