    Mississippi Mud Cake

    This is an easy recipe not using icecream


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Cups Sugar
    • 1/3 Cup Cocoa
    • 4 Eggs
    • 1 Cup Butter
    • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 1/2 Cups Chop Pecans
    • 1 (7 oz) Jar Marshmellow Creme
    • ICING
    • 1/3 Cup Butter 1/3 Cup Milk
    • 1/3 Cup Cocoa 1 Box Powdered Sugar (1 lb)
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/4 tsp Salt


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar well. Melt cocoa and butter and add to creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    2. Pour into a greased and floured 13" X 9" pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
    3. After taking out of oven cover entire cake with marshmellow creme and let cool.
    4. Frost cool cake with icing.
