    Sweet Heart Cut Up Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 cake mix any flavor
    2 c. cool whip
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    Red food coloring

    Recipe



    Bake cake mix as directed on package. Divide evenly between an 8 inch square pan and an 8 inch round pan.
    Cut round cake in half and leave square cake whole.
    Place square cake on seving platter in diamond position.
    With a small amount of cool whip to hold in place, put half circles against top two adjascent edges of square. This should create a heart.
    Frost cake with remaining cool whip. Tint coconut pink with food coloring and sprinkle over cool whip.
    Refridgerate leftovers.

    To tint coconut: Put a few drops of food coloring in zip loc bag and then add 1/4 tsp.water. Add cocnut and shake.
