    Formulated to calm the senses and relax the muscles while detoxifying the body.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sea salt
    1 cup epsom salt
    2 tablespoons baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon lavender essential oil
    5 drops red food coloring (optional)
    5 drops blue food coloring (optional)

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in large baggie and mix well kneading with hands. Add lavender oil and blend until mixed with contents.

    In separate small bowl mix the red and blue food coloring together and the add to mixture. With hands knead until color is blended.

    Use 1/4 cup per bath. Immerse as much of the body as possible. Soak under water for 15 - 20 minutes.
