    Yiels: about 1 quart

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups tomato juice
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh horseradish
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    Worchestershire Sauce to taste
    Crystal Hot Sauce to taste
    Salt
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    In a blender, combine first four ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Season the mixture to taste with the Worchestershire Sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Store the mixture in a non-reactive container. Refigerate the mixture for at least 6 hours before serving.
