    List of Ingredients




    2 Cans White Albacore Tuna, drained and flaked
    4 Cans (1.5 oz.) potatoe sticks (shoestring)
    2 Small jars pimentos
    1 One pound bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 Can cream of celery soup
    1 Can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Cup evaporated milk
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Cook vegetables until just tender adding salt and pepper to taste and drain. Combine 3 cans of shoestring potatoes with tuna, pimentos, vegetables, soups and milk. Place in casserole dish and top with remaining can of potatoe sticks. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated.
